Perry and Associates, LLC is a two member
managed limited liability company that is owned and operated by Jarrett A Perry,
CPA and Arnaldo J Coucelo. The firm provides complete tax, business and Certified
Public Accountant (CPA) services in South Florida. The firm’s services include resolutions
of Internal Revenue Service (IRS) tax problems (i.e. tax liens, levies and
offers in compromise), personal and entity financial statement preparation, and
individual, corporate, partnership, estate & trusts tax planning,
accounting and compliance. Additionally, we provide software support and business
consulting services. Our commitment to value added services is accomplished through a
pro-active approach to tax planning via bi-annual
tax planning assessments with individuals, review of quarterly financial
statements for companies, and implementing and maintaining efficient firm
procedures through the use of a fully integrated paperless accounting system.
The firm’s pledge to efficiency enables clients to receive CPA services at a
